Sugar free biscuit

Since we are still in the middle of winter, I believe that these sugar free biscuits are the perfect choice for our afternoon tea. It does not contain sugar, so anybody can have it who is on a diet. So, let’s look at the recipe:


300 g flour
250 g butter
1 pack of baking powder
10 measuring spoons of Yummy Sweet sweetener
2 packs of diabetic vanilla flavoured sugar
2 eggs
powdered peanuts


We mix all the dry ingredients together. Then we add the butter and the eggs. When the dough is ready we put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes we extend the dough into a 3 – 4 mm piece and we use a shapecutter to cut out our biscuits from the dough.
We put them into the oven at 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.

We can have these sugar free biscuits anytime with our tea. Enjoy!

Nobody will notice that it is not made with sugar. Not even you.
