Raffaello Dessert – Sugar free recipe


  • 6 tapped measuring spoons of Yummy Sweet
  • 60 g butter
  • 40 g grated coconut
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 40 g mascarpone
  • 15 pieces of almonds


We mix the grated coconut, the butter, the sweetener and the salt together. We add the mascarpone, vanilla essence and we mix them well until we get a dough. We put the dough into the fridge for 15 minutes. After that we spread the dough until we get a 1cm thick piece. We cut about 4cm wide circles from the dough, we put an almond piece in the middle of each and we form a ball from each of them.

We roll the balls into the grated coconut and place them into paper holders. Enjoy!
